Our Superior Double Room was spacious and well-lit with a nice sitting area, making it quite comfortable for our stay. Dining was enjoyable, especially the first night when the meal exceeded my expectations with stunning views. However, there were a few drawbacks. The pool area, while beautifully decorated, could get quite noisy, detracting from the relaxation. Breakfast the next day fell flat. food was cold, and the dining area felt overcrowded with tour groups, affecting the service. The shower drainage in the bathroom was slow, leading to water pooling, which was concerning. Despite these issues, I would consider returning, especially for the impressive dining views and location.

Air conditioning completely failed during the stay, with the only solution offered being a lengthy wait for a technician and no immediate option given for room relocation. Additionally, the single elevator carrying a max of four people is a significant downside, especially during peak times, making access to higher floors a hassle.

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a spacious Superior Double Room. The room was airy, with a large balcony that provided great views. The 24-hour room service was convenient, and I enjoyed an excellent steak at the lovely on-site restaurant. The ambiance around the bar area was vibrant, making evenings enjoyable.
